WHO WE ARE

As a member of the Capital Markets team, you will work for top brokerage houses and offices in Poland and Europe, help financial institutions transform their front-to-back operations and drive growth by leveraging digital innovation, data, and advanced technologies. You will support clients across areas such as trading, post-trade processing, risk and regulatory compliance, and client experience, enabling them to become more agile, efficient, and resilient in an increasingly complex and fast-evolving market environment.

THE WORK

  • Conduct business analysis activities across brokerage operations, including requirements gathering, process mapping and functional gap analysis.

  • Support change initiatives within trading and post‑trade areas by applying a solid understanding of the capital markets and brokerage lifecycle.

  • Perform data analysis using Excel as a core tool, delivering validations and insights; use SQL where applicable.

  • Support testing activities by preparing test scenarios, assisting with UAT and coordinating defect triage to ensure successful delivery.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Hands-on experience in business analysis within financial services, with a strong focus on understanding business needs and translating them into actionable solutions

  • Solid knowledge of capital markets and the brokerage lifecycle, especially within trading and post-trade environments

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and draw meaningful insights (advanced Excel is a must)

  • Working knowledge of SQL will be a strong advantage

  • Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT, test scenario preparation, and defect management

  • Confidence in working with both business and technology stakeholders in a dynamic, project-driven environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail

  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and collaborative delivery models

  • Very good command of English and Polish (min. B2/C1)

  • The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances.
