We are seeking an experienced Design Researcher who has a background in healthcare or enterprise software to play a vital role in our product design process. As a member of our Design and Research team, you will be responsible for conducting generative and evaluative research for new and existing healthcare products and services. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in Design, Product Management, and Engineering to understand the needs, attitudes, challenges, and expectations of our clinical users to ensure that our products deliver the best possible experience.
You will be the solo researcher supporting our team of 3 Product Designers who are enthusiastic about everything research and want more of it in their design practice. We collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Product Management and Engineering, who also value research. Our clinical users are neurosurgeons and other highly trained specialists working for many of the top hospital systems in the world. You will report directly to the Head of Design and Research.
Compensation - The salary range target for the role described in this job description is $115,000 - $130,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
