Summary

Remote work is available from anywhere in Mexico.

As an Application Consultant for Safety, you will help brainstorm solutions for our customers' needs, responsible for supporting the sales cycle, sales growth and ensuring the proposition of possible solutions for the Machine Safety initiative.

You will use domain expertise to create data-driven solutions, provides pre-sales consultancy to sales teams, builds customer-specific solutions, and works with the sales teams to establish solid strategies for order conversion. LifecycleIQ Services plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our clients' industrial systems, ensuring seamless operations and its continuous improvement. Your expertise in a blend of sales and business development expertise, team leadership in a matrixial organization, and customer-centric approach will achieve our organizational goals. Application Consultant Workforce

Location: Mexico City

You will report to: Application Consultant Manager

Modality: Remote

Activities:

• Achieve growth in the Lifecycle Services Business Segment.
• Use domain expertise to develop data-driven solutions.
• Support sales teams with pre-sales consultancy and presentations.
• Build tailored solutions that meet customer needs and support proposal creation.
• Coach sales teams on Machine Safety solutions and strategies.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities for customers.
• Engage with partners, including industry associations and partners.
• Experience using a CRM software system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrial automation sector.
• Experience applying Functional Safety concepts.
• Negotiation, experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
• Experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing with customers and partners.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel
