RAC Finance (RACF) specialise in market leading finance products and services ranging from personal finance, secured notes and property finance loans Working in the Member Finance Services Team and Reporting into the Manager Member Finance, you will support the day-to-day operational functions, deliver on personal finance accounts and secured investments notes.    

 

What will you be doing?  

  • Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls from personal loan and investment members 
  • Providing excellent service either by telephone or electronic mediums 
  • Process personal loan maintenance requests from members – i.e. address changes, loan payout requests and payment method updates 
  • Process new investment funds, reinvestments, redemptions, estates, transfers, interest rate changes and interest payments 
  • Assisting and actioning all general member enquiries which includes management of multiple shared mailboxes 
  • Source new lending applications and input applications for assessment 

What are we looking for in you?  

  • Experience in the banking and finance industry 
  • Experience working to KPIs or targets 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer focus and ability to deliver customer-centric solutions 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team 
  • Computer literate with sound Microsoft Office skills
