To support this mission, we're expanding our Enterprise systems team and seeking a driven Senior NetSuite Analyst. Role Overview

As the Senior NetSuite Analyst, you will be the administrator and go-to expert for our finance systems, including NetSuite, Coupa, Navan, and RevPro. You’ll take charge of optimizing our existing finance operations, streamlining business processes, and supporting key integration efforts. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, self-driven individual who can balance system administration with project management to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration & Optimization:
    Serve as the administrator for NetSuite and other financial applications, handling account maintenance, reporting, new user setups, and system configurations.
  • Integration Management:
    Support and enhance integrations between NetSuite and other critical SaaS applications (e.g., Coupa, SFDC,Navan, Avalara) using integration platforms like Boomi, SnapLogic, and Workato.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify and automate manual processes within the finance systems, driving productivity across business units and ensuring best practices in finance operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with cross-functional teams, acting as the IT lead and subject matter expert in finance-related projects. Work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Management & Execution:
    Lead and manage multiple finance projects simultaneously, from scoping and planning to execution. Provide clear communication and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    4–7 years as a Business Analyst, Systems Administrator, or similar role in a NetSuite environment. Experience with Coupa, Concur, or RevPro is a plus.
  • NetSuite Expertise:
    Strong knowledge in core areas such as Order Management, Invoicing, Cash Application, and Saved Searches.
  • Integration Knowledge:
    Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Boomi, SnapLogic, Workato) and hands-on experience in setting up API-based integrations.
  • Project Leadership:
    Proven ability to lead projects autonomously, from gathering requirements to working with developers and integration consultants, to delivering impactful outcomes.

Communication & Relationship-Building Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships with business users at all levels.
