What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue across key agency holding company partners and their clients by influencing and getting buy-in from senior agency and client leaders 
  • Build relationships and driving revenue with assigned holding companies and agencies; leading agency mapping, stakeholder engagement and strategic execution 
  • Grow and scale a high-performing agency team of 6+ sellers
  • Manage and coach sellers to identify, engage, and acquire new agency relationships and client partners 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure your clients’ needs are continuously met 
  • Carry-forward our media solutions and position in the digital advertising industry, representing our company at industry conferences and events to win new clients.
  • Thrive on selling into complex and dynamic organizations across a broad spectrum of industries
  • Pitch solutions, not products; comfortable securing prospective clients’ ad budgets, marketing goals, and measurement needs
  • Conduct substantial research on clients to bolster outreach and pitches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree;  8 to 10+ years as a strong performer in agency and/or large enterprise sales
  • Agency Holding Company sales experience, SaaS, AdTech, Digital Media and Executive level selling success
  • Deep understanding of how agencies are structured, motivated & organized around different customer needs; and an ability to map a very wide range of products/solutions to these use cases
  • 3-5 years of management experience; currently managing 4+ high performing sellers 
  • Ability to craft and deliver development feedback to grow individuals and teams
  • Strong sales, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively execute on discovery, objection handling and closing with decision makers at multiple levels within an organization
  • Experience solution selling to key stakeholders at brands and agencies across multiple disciplines including media, analytics and finance
  • Consultative analytical and data driven problem solver that can comfortably navigate complex customer conversations
  • Proven results on securing multi-million dollar long-term partnerships domestically and/or globally
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, and relationship building experience
  • Can ask tough, thoughtful questions and be relentlessly competitive with a strong sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in performance media and/or eCommerce business model
  • Experience in owning sales P&L responsibilities, including expense management and commission structure
  • Relationships and experience with Publicis, WPP, Dentsu, IPG, Havas, Omnicom
  • Fluency in Media Math metrics and a working knowledge of measurement methodologies including MMM, MTA & LTA
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace

Travel & In-Office Notes

  • Travel up to 20%; some international travel possible

*Compensation Range: $380,000 - $440,000 OTE
