Position Summary

As our Regional Sales Coach, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and expanding key client relationships. Your mission? To embed our cutting-edge products and services within our clients’ business priorities and uncover new growth opportunities to achieve our ambitious objectives.

In this role, you’ll empower our clients’ sales staff with the knowledge to achieve compliant sales in line with regulatory requirements. You’ll design and deliver effective training, marketing, and incentive strategies across all sales channels, including call centres and retail locations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Strategy: Work with our sales, marketing, and product leads to design and execute training, marketing, and incentive strategies that accelerate the sales of our products and services.

  • On-the-Ground Implementation: Travel to large call centres and retail locations across your region to implement training and incentive plans.

  • Impact Tracking: Track and evidence the commercial impact of each sales coaching event for each customer.

  • KPI Negotiation: Negotiate and design KPIs with each customer.

  • Performance Updates: Deliver performance updates against a set of KPIs to internal and external stakeholders for each client.

  • Growth Action Plans: Maintain Sales Optimisation growth action plans.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Promote the complete Likewize capabilities across all product and service sectors, securing key stakeholder meetings to establish further growth opportunities.

  • Data Protection: Respect the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection and information security policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Training Expertise: Must have experience in creating training content and presenting to large numbers.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the tech protection and support industry and market.

  • Data-Driven: Ability to use data and insights to drive sales performance and innovation.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Educational Background: A degree in business, marketing, or relevant work experience.
