Position Summary
You will plan and coordinate material supply for our contract manufacturing organization (CMO) sites in India. You will work closely with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and maintain material schedules for CMO sites to meet production plans and delivery targets.
- Coordinate demand forecasts, purchase orders, and inventory levels with procurement and manufacturing teams.
- Monitor material availability and resolve shortages by working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Track and report key supply metrics and drive corrective actions for missed timelines.
- Support material changeovers and new product introductions with updated scheduling and stakeholder communication.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce lead times, waste, and stockouts.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, pharmacy, logistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in material planning, scheduling, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with contract manufacturing organizations or third-party suppliers.
- Strong ERP experience, preferably with material planning modules and planning tools.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable using Excel and data tools to analyze and present material status and trends.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree or professional certification in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of batch-level planning, serialization, or traceability requirements.
- Experience with S&OP (sales and operations planning) or integrated business planning.
- Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and supplier performance.
- Familiarity with local and international logistics and customs processes.
