The annual base salary for this position ranges from $122,000.00 in our lowest geographic market to $288,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Manager of NBHD (Neighborhood) Partners West/Central Marketplace will work with key partners, including internal & external account teams, global and geo functional teams, and the Nike/Jordan NBHD MPU team, to synthesize business opportunities, consumer and member insights and financial data. We need someone to steward the development and implementation of the NA Jordan NBHD offense strategy and meaningfully connect this strategy with key retail partners and field teams.

You will bring a passion for and demonstrate an understanding of the consumer landscape. We will need experience in multiple areas, including business development, strategy, and operations. Similarly, you will have experience leading, building and developing teams. This leader must be able to lead with agility and with an enterprise mentality, drive a culture of inclusivity, equity and belonging. The ideal person will have significant knowledge of street culture and the NBHD role to authenticate product within and shape our ecosystem of authenticators, retailers, influencers and community members.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The person in this role will lead & implement the seasonal sell in process across the West/Central Marketplace by proactively leading NBHD Marketplace field teams. They will influence in key strategic and planning meetings and maintain process flows of information, consistently sharing that data/insight with Jordan NBHD and Marketplace leadership.

Connecting and aligning NBHD team strategy and operations to overarching strategic goals and drive select cross-functional business initiatives, end-to-end, from strategic vision through operations is a key component of this role.

Lastly, this individual will cultivate and maintain strong relationships internally and externally, being a critical touch point to our retailers.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will work closely with Cross-Functional teams within and outside the NBHD business, across Geo and our Key City. This includes but is not limited to external partners (including Retailers, Collaborators, City and Community Leaders) and internal partners (Merchandising, Marketplace, SNKRS, Marketing, Nike Brand counterparts, Legal, Finance, Operations, DSM/Planning, etc.)

You will report into the MPU NBHD leader, and lead a direct team of marketplace reps located across the geography. This role is based out of the Chicago showroom.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • 5-7 years of experience leading and managing partner relationships & strategy execution preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives from end to end with operational execution and process excellence in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional networking, relationship building and partner management skills.
  • Experience in people management and team dynamics highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, consensus-building skills. Ability to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the industry and marketplace and negotiate highly complex strategic shifts and agreements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Any country-specific items required by local laws (check with your local legal partners)
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
