We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead the way on the standardization of our innovative Vision technologies.

Our services enable our clients in the offshore sector to improve staff safety, significantly reduce project complexity, accelerate turnaround times, and allow operations to be conducted in a wider weather window.

As our product manager, you contribute to shape and execute of the Vision Tools strategic roadmap, ensuring that innovations are implemented across the business, in collaboration with other Fugro developments, and in accordance with best practices. You are the ideal candidate if you employ a customer-centric approach, engaging closely with users to understand their needs and iteratively improve the product through continuous feedback.

Your role

• You understand the user’s needs, establish business cases, and translate these needs into a product vision, OKRs, development roadmap and investment plan for the product:

• You collaborate and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, from designers and developers to sister product managers, operation managers, customer care, and leadership:

• You bring deep technical and market knowledge to the Innovation team to support the creation of user stories, prioritization of backlog and provide feedback to the development team;

• You lead cross-functional teams through agile development processes, fostering clear communication and collaboration; 

• You manage external supplier activities to produce outsourced technical tools/functionality;

• Oversee the Innovation Agile process for the product, ensuring demonstration, planning, testing, and implementation activities run to expectation.

Your track record

• You have 5+ years experience in similar roles;

• You experience with product management of integrated systems;

• You have the ability to define business value and control the value against cost overtime;

• You experience and perseverance to discover through entire lifecycle management of (digital) products;

• You have the ability to manage key stakeholders and lead organizational change;

• You have a track record of successfully managing a product from ideation through a successful adoption;

• Understanding of the offshore monitoring business will be an advantage.
