We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at AnyMind Hong Kong Office, Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our potential client base. You will be responsible for overseeing the advertising sales activities and implementing strategies to achieve them.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives
Approach new agency partners and direct clients using a variety of methods, including but not limited to cold calling, leveraging referrals, and engaging in online networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for strategic initiatives and issue resolution
Commit to achieving the monthly targets set for sales gross profit and the specified quantity of new clients required per month
Support the Head of Digital Marketing in preparing pitching decks or media proposals, following up on campaigns, contributing to product development, and participating in ad-hoc project integration
Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and client segments to drive revenue growth
Stay informed about industry developments, client needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market
Take responsibility for daily routine tasks, including issuing orders and invoices, as well as managing billing processes
Report to the Head of Digital Marketing
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
Experience in a digital marketing agency is plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
