This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our inventory operations on a night shift pattern. You will be responsible for overseeing the organisation, tracking, and maintenance of all inventory. Your keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills will contribute to optimise inventory levels, minimising waste, and supporting production to ensure we produce customer boxes on time

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support and implement tools and processes for inbound and waste management.
  • Monitor inventory levels via shortage projection tool and systems to analyse potential shortages /delivery issues during the shift to avoid impact to production minimise waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of ingredients and packaging
  • Oversee stock controllers to conduct stock audits ensuring stock availability.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate ICS recording and actions update and KPI records
  • Undertaking problem solving activities and escalating to the Inventory manager or Senior inventory manager where necessary.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in inventory management or coordination.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software systems and proficiency in using MS Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the ability to identify and resolve inventory-related issues effectively.

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD

Work Schedule: Night shift pattern, 42 hours per week, 4 on 3 off, Sunday - Wednesday 18:30 - 06:30
