At Digital Legends Entertainment, we are looking for a student who wants to do their academic internship in our video game studio. They will be responsible for supporting the creation of a dynamic and pleasant work environment, facilitating internal communication, assisting in the organization of corporate events and team building activities, and providing support in office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communication, Internal Marketing, and Public Relations.
Internal Communication: Support in managing the company's communication channels, ensuring that staff are informed about important news and events.
Event Organization: Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, from internal meetings to large celebrations.
Corporate Culture: Support in promoting and maintaining the corporate culture, ensuring that all activities and communications reflect the company's values and mission.
Social Media: Manage and create content for the company's social media, promoting the company's image and values.
Merchandising Creation: Collaborate in the design and production of merchandising items that reflect the company's identity, to give to workers and stakeholders during their visits to the studio.
Press Relations: Help manage relationships with the press and participate in press events, conferences, and other events where we are invited.
Requirements:
Must be pursuing a degree related to communication, public relations, tourism, business administration, or related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
Ability to work in a team.
Must be organized and have attention to detail.
Availability to work 20 hours/week in our office from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
