We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our team. This role will focus on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, working closely with internal stakeholders to support business operations through reliable financial insights. The ideal candidate has strong experience on the client side and a solid foundation in accounting and audit practices.

What You’ll Do 

Client & Project Financial Management

  • Collaborate with Client Service, Production, and other departments to ensure accurate financial tracking of projects and campaigns
  • Ensure timely and accurate client invoicing.
  • Monitor profitability of projects and recommend corrective actions if needed.

Financial Oversight & Reporting

  • Supervise day-to-day financial operations (accounts payable, receivable, payroll, invoicing).
  • Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and financial close processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and reforecasts.
  • Track actual spending vs. budgets and report deviations.

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Assist with audits (internal and external) and respond to audit findings.

Team Supervision

  • Lead and support a small finance/accounting team.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Cash Flow Management

  • Oversee collections and manage vendor payments.

What You’ll Need  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial reporting, ideally within a service-oriented or agency environment
  • Prior experience as an external auditor (2–3 years) is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with non-finance teams
