  • Preparation and maintenance of Amherst lender reporting requirements- Work with internal business unit leadership and business development functions to analyze lender reporting tapes to support the group’s requirements.
  • Management of collateral for warehouse facilities (onboarding newly acquired homes, shifting or movement of collateral between lines, etc.) • Provide real-time portfolio and facility level dashboard updates across the SFR platform.
  • Interpretation and correct calculation of debt covenants & lending limits for Amherst warehouse facilities. Monitoring and maintenance of compliance with all covenant-related limits. Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain data for various debt facilities and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Document and research discrepancies between actual and system generated data.
  • Collaborate with the ALM US team to define key projects and initiatives. Coordinate with the diligence agent & Closings team to ensure requisite documentation.
  • Maintain and update ALM team’s policies and procedures as required. • Work with DCM, Legal and Valuations (broker pricing opinions) functions as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: bachelor’s degree and MBA/ CA/ CFA with financial markets understanding a plus
  • Relevant Experience: 3-6 years of prior experience in US markets in Credit monitoring, collateral management, securitization, Banking/ Financial Services and/or Real Estate firm preferred.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Excel.
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office Excel. Prior experience in using PowerPoint, Yardi and Salesforce preferred.
