Job Description:

We’re looking for a Mandarin Claims Senior Associates to join our New Business, Underwriting, and Claims team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to input, analyze, and determine the amount payable of medical claims made by Manulife Hong Kong Policyholders based on policy provisions and operating guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, analyze, and determine the amount payable of medical claims made by Manulife Hong Kong Policyholders based on policy provisions and operating guidelines

  • Ensure completeness of all submitted documents and obtain missing information and invoices from medical providers as necessary

  • Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures

  • Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors

  • Render overtime work on a daily basis during high volume week

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply, no prior experience is required

  • High proficiency in Mandarin is required, in both reading and writing

  • Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)

  • Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:

    • Experience in medical adjudication, claims processing, data entry, and back-office support

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
