  • Work with our Centres of Excellence on cyclical processes such as bonus payment, salary review and performance management.
  • Where system reporting is not available, maintain trackers for off line processes, for example international assignee home leave travel budget, split pay, etc.
  • Support the payroll process for local and international employees including validation of payroll data, working with our third parties and internal experts where required, preparing starter / leaver forms and monthly reporting.
  • Maintain dunnhumby’s HRMS systems including data entry, validation and reporting together with responding to employee queries.
  • Continually look for areas of process improvement to drive efficiencies within the team and more broadly with the business.
  • Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business.
