Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to CFO provides executive level administrative support and oversight to the office of the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer.

Pay Range

Minimum $36.87 Midpoint $48.86 Maximum $60.84

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

Required: Minimum five (5) years of Executive Secretarial and/or administrative support experience. Prior experience within a Financial Services, Legal or Real Estate office environment.

Preferred: Seven (7) years of Secretarial or Administrative experience supporting a senior executive at C-suite Level. Prior experience within a Financial Services, Legal or Real Estate investment office environment. Must be knowledgeable in board relations, financial reporting as well as financing and investment terms and funds.

Education

Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field.

Training

Required: None required.

Preferred: Knowledgeable in financing and investment terms and funds preferred.

Specialized Skills

Required: Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), internet, e-mail/calendaring program; strong grammatical and proofreading skills; ability to work independently, prioritize and complete duties in a timely and organized manner. Ability to work collaboratively and in a positive manner with others; prepares timely and accurate documentation and reports, including Board and Board Committee minutes. Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards; collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred: Outlook e-mail/calendaring program experience. Director's Desk, experience creating executive-level correspondence, handles routine calls and decisions on behalf of a senior executive.
