The Customer Digital Identity organization is enabling Walmart to better understand who the Walmart customer is. At the same time, we are ensuring streamlined processes, security, scalability, regulatory compliance and best in class customer experience.  The customer is at the heart of all we do at Walmart.

The Customer Digital Identity team will amplify customer centricity by deepening the company’s understanding of customers and their preferences. When we do that, we can serve them when and how they need.  

The team collaborates with product, engineering, and business teams, such as eCommerce, Marketing, and multiple teams in Walmart’s revenue organization such as Walmart +, Data Ventures, and Walmart Connect, to create a holistic and consistent digital view of customers’ relationship with Walmart. The team is also responsible for driving the enterprise strategy around customer data and identity capture and developing a unified strategy around customer identity. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Strategy - Identity Customer Experience for the Customer Digital Identity team.

What you will do:

Develop Customer Identity Experience strategy

  • Collaborate within the Identity CX team and the broader CDI team and stakeholders to build identity-experience related vision and strategy and translate the strategy into actionable and aligned-upon initiatives to drive CDI and partners’ goals.
  • Coordinate roadmap alignment, refine use cases, customer value propositions, and build business cases to prioritize initiatives.

Drive adoption for omnichannel identity CX

  • Initiate & design customer research to seek relevant insights into shopping behavior, payment and identification preferences
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies (in-store & digital) for new customer data & identity products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of adoption across the team’s initiatives, identify root causes and create potential solutions by working with initiative owners, operation leads, and other relevant partners.
  • Serve as a thought partner to ops leads, retail marketing and legal to design and review product positioning, messaging and value proposition content & materials

Execute initiatives with internal partners

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of Identity CX initiatives, including developing business reviews, initiating & engaging cross-functional 4itb stakeholders, designing experiments, and facilitating expansion & rollout together with ops leads.

  • Building deep relationships with business partners to communicate progress, demonstrating results, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years professional experience, with a mix of experiences in retail consulting, product strategy/ product marketing.
  • 3+ years go to market strategy and launching new initiatives in a store environment.
  • Track record with driving adoption of digital products is preferred.
  • Strong and proven ability to influence internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in executing successful initiatives.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
