Summary: As an Oracle Applications DBA, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Oracle databases, ensuring their performance, security, and availability. Roles & Responsibilities: - - Upgrade of EBS Application and database stack to the latest version - EBS Cloning (App and DB stack) - Performance tuning at DB and apps Level ,Backup and clean up various log files -Must be skilled in sysadmin activities like user administration responsibilities, request groups, register forms, printer setup, register custom applications, etc. -Expertise in database backup and restore techniques using RMAN, data-pump, hot and cold backups -Exposure to WebLogic Admin Server, Managed Servers, performance tuning at DB and apps Level Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Applications DBA. -5 years of experience in administering databases, Application server, Weblogic -Experience in Installation, upgrades and managed services experience in Application 11i and R12.1 / 12.2 and Database 10g, 11g, 12c, 19c -Should have experience in EBS migration to cloud (OCI / AWS / Azure), -Must be well versed with AD utilities ,EBS Apps Cloning, Patching applications and databases -Must have knowledge about concurrent managers, Manage, monitor and configuring workflow -Excellent written, verbal and inter-person communication skills , -Ability to work under pressure Self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands, -Excellent trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications DBA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
