Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes and software engineering solutions that enhance user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into functional prototypes, ensuring that the solutions are both technically feasible and aligned with design intentions. You will engage in iterative testing and feedback sessions to continuously improve the user interface and experience, while also addressing any technical challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a balance of creativity and technical acumen, as you strive to deliver optimal user experiences in a timely manner. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback for prototype development. - Conduct user testing sessions to gather insights and iterate on design solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration. - Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly designs. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies to ensure seamless integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Migration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
