The NA PGTM Excellence team serves our MPU teammates delivering on seasonal cross-functional readiness that enables our partners to self-educate, connect and collaborate through key CODE moments ~ enabling One Nike Marketplace.

As the NA PGTM Digital Process Manager you will be responsible for leading and driving organizational productivity and excellence through a intuitive online experience enabling the self educate moment for our NA MPU teammates. You will collaborate with Global PGTM, NA Consumer Merch and the NA CODE team to align seasonal communication, content and tools. This role is responsible for executing and managing the seasonal NA self-educate online experience known as “season in a box” delivering seasonal content and resources through a NA lens.

This role is a fundamental part of enabling Marketplace Adopt through Key CODE moments supporting our NA MPU’s through the seasonal process and providing ongoing feedback identifying gaps and opportunities.

Who you will work with:

You will serve as the center of excellence for NA Marketplace Partners developing strong relationships with cross functional partners within NA MPU’s, Global, NA Merch, CODE, Jordan and GEO’s collaborating and creating a platform supporting our MPU’s teams with seasonal content and direction at the self educate gate.

·Bachelor or equivalent combination of education and experience
·Process management / improvement / evolution / continued integration
·Process & deliverable communications – regular cadence of information to drive role clarity
·Ability to navigate tools & develop templates
·Partnership with cross-functional Ops teammates and Global counterparts – ability to translate between teams seamlessly
·Service-mindset – explain and advocate for the process while also being a vehicle for input and evolution
