What We Do
What You'll Do
- Architects and develops solutions that integrate with the current business requirements and cross-functional platform integrations.
- Development activities include but are not limited to source-target systems provisioning, de-provisioning and integration of business applications with SailPoint.
- Engage in building the First American’s IAM eco-system encompassing the wide range of integrations around authentication, authorization, logging and monitoring.
- Prepares accurate and detailed specifications use cases for SailPoint product integrations, including workflows, processes maps, requirements, and operations support.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Operations, Application stakeholder and IAM Leadership teams to engage in validating new functions.
- Works on a diverse range of problems, moderate to significant in scope, where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, an understanding of current business and technological trends, and knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Exercises judgment as a seasoned professional with a full understanding of industry best practices and established policies and procedures.
- Applies advanced technical expertise to provide input to technology direction and methodologies.
- Project support requires some non-standard working hours for meetings or to support issues as they arise.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of IAM domain knowledge experience with key focus on identity and access management technologies (not limited to SailPoint product stack)
- Must have advanced skill executing code using Java, J2EE, JavaScript, XML, BeanShell, Log4j customizations etc.
- Experience coding SQL queries and stored procedures
- Handled IIQ deployments in on-prem and cloud infrastructure
- Experience working with Active Directory, LDAP related directory services
- Exposure to DevOps tools not limited to Jenkins BitBucket and other CI-CD pipeline integrations
- Grounded knowledge on leveraging SailPoint APIs
- Experience developing custom connectors to support in-house business applications
- Deep understanding of access governance principles and adherence to regulatory compliance policies
- Deep understanding of SailPoint provided certification configuration options and hands-on experience standing-up access reviews.
- Knowledge on Product UI and branding customizations and related impacts
- Custom and OOTB reports generations and related UI customizations for generating identity information for audit purposes.
- Experience in SailPoint LCM and Provisioning modules – on-prem and cloud integrations
- Ability to architect and define role engineering and Segregation of Duties policies
- Able to comprehend custom product integrations scope and provide critically evaluate design options to leadership
- SailPoint product stack knowledge (including but not limited to FAM, CAM, AI etc.) and recognizing the best-of-breed solution for business needs
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- SailPoint Certified Developer/Architect (preferred)
- Industry Security/IT certifications (CISSP, CEH, CCNA, CompTIA+ etc.)
- Azure cloud certifications (preferred)
- Works under general direction.
- Establishes operational objectives and work plans.
- Selects methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Utilizes a broad internal and external network of professional contacts and resources to explore new approaches for solving problems and enhancing the department’s capabilities.
Salary Range: $99,675.00-$166,100.00
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
