In the Recruiting Coordinator Manager role, you will assist in taking the Salesforce recruitment team to the next level by taking on a leadership role in our centralized coordination function. The Manager will successfully oversee a team of recruiting coordinators across our LATAM region, drive the development and implementation of recruiting best practices, hire, onboard, and train new recruiting coordinators, and utilize reports and metrics to measure success and productivity. This role will require partnering closely with Recruiters and their leadership team to ensure they are receiving outstanding support from the coordination team and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This role will also assist in day to day recruiting operational needs of the recruiting organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with each direct report to provide guidance, feedback and support
- Address Recruiting Coordinators' queries and challenges, ensuring timely resolutions
- Coach team members to enhance their performance and professional growth in line with their career aspirations and development goals
- Lead with an inspiring culture mindset. Identify any performance gaps within team members and put a plan in place to order to address concerns and improve performance
- Ensure all Recruitment Coordinators are set up for success from Day 1. Leverage global onboarding material in order to set clear expectations as to what is required in order to be successful in the RC role at Salesforce
2. Project Management:
- Act as Regional RCM Sponsor for one of four global committees
- Ensure Committee projects align to Global RC team objectives and that global perspective is taken into account at all stages of the project lifecycle
- Determine when a project taskforce is required and resource members accordingly. Ensure project team members are assigned roles in an equitable manner and are awarded based on career aspirations, performance and demonstrated capability
- Apply Project Management principles (RACI model) to all initiatives and ensure appropriate stakeholders are kept up to date as to status updates
- Strong ability to successfully partner with multiple stakeholders (Business Technology/Recruiting Operations/ broader Recruiting Org) when rolling out large scale global initiatives pertaining to the RC Organisation
3. Process and Metrics:
- Analyze and monitor recruitment metrics to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and provide strategic insight
- Support RC's in ensuring all candidate BI's are completed within regional SLA. Escalate non compliant BI's when required
- Ability to pull insights from dashboards in order to determine RC capacity needs and inform Headcount strategy / planning. Use insights to develop and improve recruitment processes and ensure best practises
- Pull insights from RC Dashboards in order to evaluate performance and ensure team SLA’s are adhered to
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including Recruiting Leaders, Recruiters, and cross-functional teams (Employee Successs Operations, Onboarding, etc.).
- Conduct regular meetings with Recruiting Leaders to discuss team performance, highlight any challenges and identify areas for opportunity. Agree and align on best course of action post conversation
- Partner with recruiters and support RC's in order to ensure seamless coordination through the recruitment process
- Facilitate New Recruiter Partnership sessions to onboard new Recruiters effectively
5. Meetings and Communication:
- Facilitate pod meetings to discuss team updates, challenges, successes, and opportunities to build connections
- Organize and lead regional team meetings to foster collaboration, raise awareness & create alignment within region
- Play an active role in both Regional & Global RCM meetings. Contribute to content when required and ensure any key takeaways are delivered back to RC's in a timely fashion when appropriate
- Prepare, lead and participate in QBR's in order to highlight team / region scheduling data. Build narrative & key takeaways in order to drive change where required
- Engage in and/or sponsor team committees or taskforce projects to support success, execution, and delegation of work. When in a Regional Sponsor RCM role ensure the RC Leadership Team are kept across key updates and that all projects are aligned to global RC team objectives
6. Change Management:
- Be an ambassador for change. Support & guide team through major transitions and actively seek & listen to feedback.Have the ability to articulate the “why” behind each change
- Partner with and seek perspective from a representation of impacted stakeholders before change is rolled out. Ensure a global view is considered
- Conduct feasibility, viability and desirability analysis when weighing up options (cost / benefit analysis)
- Adopt an agile approach when building out a change project. Have the ability to pivot when required Start socialising change with team as early as possible in order to encourage acceptance & minimise resistance
- Work with the Employee Learning Committee to develop & build out enablement content in advance of go-live Keep RC Leadership Team across progress updates. Seek support & escalate when required
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years + of experience in recruitment coordination or related roles
- Previous experience working in the high-tech industry or a fast-growth environment is preferred, but not required
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record to guide, mentor, and coach team members
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive process improvements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in using in applicant Tracking Systems and Interview Scheduling software (Workday and GoodTime preferred), Google Suite, and Slack
