About the Role

IT Administrator with a background in O365 administration and end-user computing services. This role requires a passion for security, and a self-starter attitude. The ideal candidate will be committed to protecting employees and their devices and eager to expand their security knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's Office 365 environment.

• Ensure the smooth operation of email, collaboration tools, and other O365 applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve O365-related issues for end-users.

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other end-user equipment.

• Assist with the setup and deployment of new devices and technologies.

• Implement and maintain security measures to protect employees and their devices.

• Monitor security alerts and respond to potential threats promptly.

• Maintain SOP and documentary

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience systems, network and security administration

• Working knowledge of O365 systems. Certification a plus.

• Knowledge on Azure or AWS cloud will be added advantage

• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communications skills who is able to work independently.

• Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.

• Degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent Candidate without a Degree but has vast network experience will be considered.
