Responsibilities
Business Development
Build and execute go‑to‑market plans for assigned vendors.
Grow TD SYNNEX’s market share by identifying new opportunities and supporting key deals.
Translate vendor objectives into actionable business plans.
Partner & Customer Engagement
Develop and manage a set of partners’ accounts.
Strengthen relationships with partners and key customers through regular business reviews.
Promote vendor value propositions internally and externally.
Commercial & Strategic Execution
Negotiate commercial terms, deals, and rebates.
Provide input into pricing, purchasing, and sales strategies.
Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams to support execution.
Contribute to marketing initiatives and partner programs.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Required
Proven experience in IT channel or partner-facing roles
Strong understanding of the partner and end‑customer ecosystem.
Excellent English and Czech communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and solution‑selling mindset.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
Comfortable working in a matrix and multinational environment.
Preferred
Background from an IT partner/reseller.
Experience in business planning or go‑to‑market development.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
