What We're Looking For

The Facilities & Operations Project Manager plays a pivotal role within the Facilities & Operations team, overseeing various projects aimed at optimising office spaces, enhancing workplace experiences, ensuring safety, and contributing to the organization's overall operational efficiency. This dynamic position involves project management, office design, market research, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

  • Lead and manage projects related to office spaces, renovations, reconstructions, and workplace experience enhancements across multiple locations.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of facility-related projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Organize and lead cross-functional cooperation to meet project objectives.

2. New Office Establishment:

  • Control and coordinate the establishment and launch of new company offices, ensuring all facility requirements are met.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless office setup and operations.

Required skills

  • Proven experience as an Facilities Manager, Facilities Team Lead, Facilities Project Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully executing a variety of projects.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Analytical, Budgeting and financial management expertise.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in facilities coordination.

  • Team management background
