This exclusive event will feature 1:1 interviews with our hiring managers for onsite work.   We are seeking top tier systems engineering and cybersecurity professionals to join our exceptional team.
 

Please note that due to the classified nature of these positions, the selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time. This is not a remote work opportunity. 

We are seeking Systems Engineers or Administrators, Network Engineers, and Cybersecurity Analysts.

Candidates must possess at minimum a Secret Clearance to be considered.

Windows/Linux System Administrators:

Windows/Linux Systems Administrator:

Perform as a self-sufficient Windows/Linux Systems Administrator for a large classified government contract.  Maintain efficient operations of the entire IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux desktop, servers and networking equipment. 

Principal Windows/Linux Systems Administrator:

Serve as primary Windows/Linux Systems Administrator supporting multiple networks and ensuring necessary IT administration tasks are completed.  Proficient in Windows/Linux client and server including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, and hardening the system.

Sr. Principal Windows/Linux Systems Administrator:

Perform as a Lead Windows/Linux Systems Administrator building and maintaining Classified Windows/Linux Domains in effective operations to include Active Directory (AD) maintenance and support, Group Policy (GPO), DNS management, DHCP and scopes, Windows/Linux Server Update Servers (WSUS), SCCM and Certificate Authority (CA) server. Spin up virtual environments and map connectivity to network storage.

Basic Qualifications:

Windows/Linux Systems Administrator - Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 6 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.

Principal Windows/Linux Systems Administrator - Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 9 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.

Sr. Principal Windows/Linux Systems Administrator - Associate’s degree and 11 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 7 years of experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 13 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.

Background and Experience Needed For All Windows/Linux Systems Administrator Positions:

- Experience maintaining Classified Windows/Linux Domains to include Windows/Linux server.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company as a condition of continued employment.

- Currently valid Security+CE, CASP, CISSP, or similar DoD 8570 security certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire date; certification must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.

Network Engineers:

Network Engineer:

Maintains smooth operation of LAN/WAN/VPNs to include the planning, designing configuration, and installation of CISCO network hardware in support of customer requirements.

Principal Network Engineer:

Technical expert leading projects involving expertise in all areas of networks and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges and gateways.

Sr. Principal Network Engineer:

Leads teams performing the Installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.  May also coordinate third-party maintenance for network equipment.  In addition, Windows/Linux server and desktop knowledge required, in order to help Windows/Linux administrators with server and desktop tasks.

Network Engineer - Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience OR Master’s degree and 0 years of experience; 6 years of experience may be considered in lieu of completed degree

Principal Network Engineer - Associate's degree and 7 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or Master's degree and 3 years of experience; a High School diploma or equivalent and 9 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.

Sr. Principal Network Engineer - Associate's degree and 11 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of experience, or Master's degree and 7 years of experience; a High School diploma or equivalent and 13 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.

Background and Experience Needed For All Network Engineer Positions:

- Experience designing and maintaining LAN & WAN based networks to include Cisco hardware. Must be knowledgeable in network protocols.

- Minimum of DoD Secret level security clearance as a condition of employment

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company as a condition of continued employment.

- Currently valid Security+CE, CASP, CISSP, or similar DoD 8570 security certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire date; certification must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.

Cybersecurity Analysts:
 

Cybersecurity Analyst:

·       Early-in-career Information Systems Security Officers (ISSO) support classified information assurance lifecycle activities.

·       Perform assessments of systems within the networking environment and identify systems and networks deviating from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.

Principal Cybersecurity Analyst:

·       Lead projects involving the certification and accreditation of classified systems

·       Develop and implement the Risk Management Framework package

·       Mentor Junior Cybersecurity Analysts on accomplishment of full life cycle activities to include assessments, monitoring and vulnerability scanning activities and RMF.

Sr. Principal Cybersecurity Analyst:

·       Senior Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) leads teams performing full life cycle information assurance activities.

·      Leads teams through building RMF packages, performing systems vulnerability analysis, Security Test and Evaluation (STE) procedures for accreditation, and development of Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M).

·       Cybersecurity Analyst - Associate's degree and 4 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience OR Master's degree and 0 years of experience; 6 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of completed degree.

·       Must have a current DoD 8570 IAM level I security certification (Security +) or be able to obtain the certification within 6 months of start date

·       Principal Cybersecurity Analyst - Associate's degree and 7 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience; 9 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of completed degree.

·       Must have a current DoD 8570 IAM Level II Certification (i.e. CAP, CISSP) on 1st day of employment.

·      ​ Sr. Principal Cybersecurity Analyst - Associate's degree and 11 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of experience OR Master's degree and 7 years of experience; 13 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

·      ​ Must have a current DoD 8570 IAM level III security certification (i.e. CISM, GSLC, CCISO, CISSP) on 1st day of employment.

Salary Range: $75,700.00 - $139,600.00Salary Range 2: $0.00 - $0.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
