What you can expect:

We’re looking for a demand generation expert to build and implement demand marketing campaigns to generate pipeline for Zoom’s Customer Experience portfolio.

About the team:

This position will support the buyer and customer journey strategy across various marketing channels. Key to success is a track record of developing outstanding cross-functional partnerships and tight collaboration to deliver against shared goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, plan, and manage marketing demand generation campaigns, primarily in support of awareness, lead generation, pipeline, and revenue targets

  • Partner with product business owners to identify objectives, craft marketing strategies and build omni-channel campaigns in support of business goals

  • Partner with product marketing to scale and source campaign content for product releases, education, thought leadership, awareness, and training

  • Manage each aspect of the campaign process (concept, intake/scoping, measurement, optimization), and work cross-department to coordinate tactics and deliver on-time and on-budget

  • Create or source content where necessary, for example (but not limited to) writing and managing email nurtures, digital ads, sales outreach, etc. to drive awareness and lead generation

  • Develop campaign-in-a-box toolkits and playbooks that support a global perspective, and enable our regional teams to activate within their markets

  • Establish program KPIs; gather quantitative/qualitative data from marketing campaigns; provide analysis and insights to optimize performance

  • Prepare presentations and present cross-functionally to all internal CXDM stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

  • 8+ years of experience running integrated marketing and demand generation programs

  • Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and with a global mindset

  • Proactive self-starter with professional drive; comfortable working independently in remote/virtual work environment

  • Understanding of basic marketing techniques & a passion for learning 

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills; able to work across diverse stakeholder groups to build/foster relationships

  • Strong strategic thinking, program/project management, communication, and analytical skills required

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. 

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$93,900.00

Maximum:

$217,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
