シティバンク、エヌ・エイ東京支店 証券サービス業務本部 カストディ業務部 は、居住者および非居住者の法人(金融機関)のお客様に対し、証券の保護預かり、及び証券決済を提供しています。大きく分類してカストディビジネス(顧客の多くは非居住者機関投資家、または非居住者ブローカー)と他社清算サービス(顧客は国内証券会社)を行っています。
業務内容は、決済業務(証券決済や資金決済のために社内や決済機関のシステムを使用し、日々の決済および報告等を行う)、アセットサービス業務(顧客の保有有価証券の配当金や利金の処理、様々なコ-ポレ-トアクション、及び税務関連の業務)、顧客関連業務(顧客との連絡応対、証券口座のメインテナンス、手数料徴収業務)などです。


Securities Services Operations / Custody Operations takes care the custody business for resident and non-resident institutional customers. Main services are Custody business (major clients are non-residents institutional investors and brokers) and General Clearing Membership (GCM) service (clients are domestic securities companies).

In this role, you’re expected to:
Securities Settlement:
-       BaU operation of securities settlement for safekeeping clients.
-       Necessary arrangement/communication with internal / external parties.
-       Update effective operational procedure and system related projects.

- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

-  基本的なPCスキル(MS Office)
- 会計、証券業務に関する基本的な知識があれば尚良い
-  リーダーシップ能力
- 証券外務員2種 JSDA (Class II) *採用後の取得の場合は可及的速やかな取得が必要
- 銀行、証券の金融機関における 事務経があれば尚可

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
•           Accurate and smart processing of securities settlement operations within various cutoff times.
•           Ability to work under pressure from customers and internal parties.
•           Ability/Proactively to work as a team member.
•           Expected to understand basic English terms.
•           PC Skills: (Word, EXCEL , Power Point, etc )
•           Accounting / Financial knowledge: Not mandatory, but preferred.
•           Ability to work under pressure.
•           Understand of regulations, Citibank policies.
•           JSDA: (Class II, Class I, Sales Manager, Int’l Control Mgr)
Class II is mandatory. (Immediate obtaining is required after hiring, if do not have.)
For others, it will be required to get these licenses before / after joining our unit.
•           Work Experience: Operational experience in Banks or Securities companies is preferable.

The Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Process securities transactions, provide analytic input for traders and aid in review of derivative products
  • Identify and resolve securities and derivative settlement issues, and make process improvement recommendations to leadership
  • Analyze moderately complex reports to satisfy management requirements, aid in control activities, and contribute to the launch of product services
  • Monitor and suggest solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank, through an intermediate knowledge of procedural requirements
  • Escalate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
  • Design and analyze moderately complex reports, in coordination with standards set by direct leadership
  • Assist with control activities, and the launch of new products and services
  • Ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies
  • Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of macros


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
