About the Role

Process authorized policy servicing related transactions & perform outbound calls to customers as per agreed SLA.

Processing :

• Process assigned cases as per stipulated in requirements and within targeted time.

• Ensure that timeline and objectives met as agreed with superior for any other assignments / projects that may be assigned are met or exceeded.

• Ensure all processings are captured and logged in the requested system accurately as required. Meet the agreed individual and team KPIs and SLA.

Outbound Calls :

• Make outbound calls as per stipulated in requirements and within targeted time.

• Ensure that calls are made according to prevailing call script and within targeted time.

• Ensure all customer interactions are captured and logged in the requested system accurately as required.

• Take ownership and manage cases with a view to moving them forward in the best interests of the customers.

Others :

• Attend & get certified for development plans identified to upgrade authority limit/ up skilled and personal development.

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

• Ensure 100% on-time implementation of impact plans and participate / drive / contribute in team activities.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Possess advance skills in Microsoft excel will be an advantage.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English
