As Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will help shape, drive, and bring to life the people agenda for the Business Units in your care. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to embrace and communicate change. This role reports into the HRBP Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR matters independently, from ideation through to implementation and refinement.
- Develop and facilitate training and development programs to meet business needs.
- Support the performance management process, including talent calibration across the organization.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team on initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers on management best practices.
- Contribute to the development and execution of an employee engagement strategy that positively impacts engagement and retention metrics within the region.
- Play a key role in driving change, advising senior leadership and executing HR initiatives that support business goals.
- Use HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations to business leaders based on data analysis.
Others:
- Be actively involved in ad-hoc HR projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders.
- 6-8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering.
- Ability to prioritize and focus on long-term business success.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
- Ownership of HR projects, ensuring attention to detail and quality delivery.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and resilience in handling ambiguity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
