Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Manage and process life medical claims efficiently and accurately

- Support the pre-approval and cashless claims process, ensuring timely and efficient service

- Handle complex claims and provide resolutions

- Communicate with health provider, agent and internal stakeholders to facilitate claims processing

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

- Prepare and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Provide training and support to junior staff

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in life medical claims processing

- Good understanding of medical claims processes

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
