The Opportunity 

Incode is looking for a highly motivated Talent Rewards Analyst to support our team growth! The Talent Rewards Analyst will work directly with key stakeholders to advise and manage our compensation and benefits strategies. This role is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Incode’s exponential growth and international expansion. As a Talent Rewards Analyst, you will focus on being a true business partner by optimizing and managing rewards programs (compensation analysis, benefits design, incentives, and benchmarking) across our business functions. You'll constantly search for innovative and relevant ways to attract and retain the best talent while ensuring we provide a competitive and equitable rewards experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with HR leaders to understand talent needs and align rewards strategies with business goals.
  • Define and implement compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Human Resources to align processes, collect reporting metrics, and analyze compensation and benefits data.
  • Ensure that all compensation activities provide a positive experience for employees while maintaining compliance with local and global regulations.
  • Provide creative solutions to optimize compensation packages and meet hiring plans.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to present recommendations and reports on compensation and benefits to leadership.
  • Cultivate a strong employer brand image by creating and maintaining competitive rewards packages.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics related to compensation and benefits and make data-driven improvements.
  • Support strategic projects related to rewards and benefits that benefit the wider business.
  • Understand start-up dynamics and how to overcome potential obstacles in compensation and benefits strategies for a growing organization.
  • Support on important projects that benefit the wider business

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR analysis in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
  • Experience scaling compensation programs during periods of significant company growth.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Experience working with HR systems and compensation tools, including Excel, HRIS platforms, and compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Skilled at partnering with HR teams to build effective compensation strategies and ensure internal equity.
  • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling rewards programs between employees and HR teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data and information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is preferred, with a tech start-up being a plus.
  • Degree educated from a reputable university.
  • Highly analytical, motivated, fast learner, and resourceful.
