What will you do at Infobip?  

• Focus on learning work processes and procedures

• Gain and develop technical knowledge of IB’s core business  

• Recognize types of documents and correspondent suppliers, regardless of language, and redirect internal stakeholders to correct departments

• Downloading documents from Supplier's Portals 

• Creating documents in SU, checking and updating entries, providing inputs to FSS for entering invoices and feedback on correction of entries 

• Extracting data from Archives 

• Checking and approving documents in SIC tool 

• Checking and approving documents manually - lower complexity 

• Recalculation in SU 

• Recalculation of logs – adjusting charged amount to Infobip’s data which is showing real cost and has an impact on the margin.  

• Understand, report and track discrepancies for straightforward reconciliations between supplier’s statistics and Infobip’s logs until resolution i.e. invoices that should be processed through SIC Tool 

• Timely and accurate delivery of given assignments and task performance (in terms of deadlines met and achieved standards of output quality).   

• Ability to reply on suppliers' inquiries and forward to relevant internal teams i.e. payment queries 

• Contribute to team’s overall achievement and efficiency, as well as company’s cost reduction, which is achieved through costs tracking, updating and disputes resolution
