Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the network infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure efficient configuration, integration, and management of telecommunication network elements. - Manage back office system data records accurately. - Support customer activations and configuration adjustments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Experience in troubleshooting network issues and providing solutions. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools. - Ability to analyze network performance and optimize network configurations. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A: 15 years of full-time education is required.
