WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be a key member of the EMEA GTM & Digital Sales team. This is a highly cross‑functional role, supporting retail partners and internal teams through the CODE process, with a strong focus on delivering strategy and experiences from sell‑in to sell‑through. You will collaborate closely with EMEA NMP teams, Sport teams, MPU leads, and the CODE team, ensuring seamless coordination across all CODE gates. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Account Engagement & CODE.

You bring:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate CODE information across the organization
Solid planning and project management skills, with flexibility to support seasonal journey execution
A strong understanding of end‑to‑end B2B processes, including how tools and content flow across platforms such as Nike.net
A marketplace mindset, working closely with MPU leads to understand account portfolios and serve partner needs effectively
The ability to build trust, drive clarity, embrace change, and foster effective teamwork across diverse teams
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will:
Coordinate and execute the Consumer CODE process for Nike partners across EMEA, ensuring seamless execution across all relevant CODE gates
Drive the execution of cross‑functional CODE gates, bringing the Nike seasonal strategy to life in the EMEA marketplace
Execute the seasonal journey in line with the CODE agenda
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable and communicate CODE execution effectively
Support and drive projects that contribute to the continuous improvement of the CODE process for Nike partners
Help plan and maintain the EMEA cross‑functional CODE calendar
Develop a deep understanding of how CODE impacts business processes and support the creation of clarity and newness in execution
