We are seeking a talented individual to join our Auto Fleet team within Affinity at Marsh Australia. This role will be based in Melbourne office. This is a fulltime and hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role is pivotal in driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of transport accounts. If you are passionate about building client relationships and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
We will count on you to:
Manage all aspects of a portfolio of auto fleet accounts, including managing of monthly bordereaux processes and compliance requirements of these which are operated under an insurer delegation authority.
Manage renewal and service cycles, ensuring that a high degree of quality customer service is provided to all clients at all times and complete adherence to the principles of the Marsh client first principles.
Work productively alongside the Team Leader, Senior Account Executive, and operations teams, to positively contribute to the delivery of client retention and growth targets, through clear and effective communication, proactive planning, delivery and expectation management, and effective and quality workload delivery.
Contribute towards the Company's profit objectives through the effective management and attainment of revenue budgets. Consistently grow the portfolio of accounts through proactive new business contribution and cross-sell initiatives.
Contribute towards achieving Team business plans and objectives, and achievement of those.
Creates quality underwriting submissions and effectively negotiates with insurers and other stakeholders.
What you need to have:
A minimum of 2+ years experience in insurance broking with a developing understanding of business and organizational risk management.
A proven track record of managing client accounts and client engagement.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Ideally someone with Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) or Degree in related field.
Must have Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (NIBA) or Senior Associate (ANZIIF).
