The Senior Executive plays an instrumental role in providing HR operational support to local Schools / Colleges (units) on Faculty Appointment, Reappointment, Performance Appraisal, Promotion, Tenure and Exit Management processes in the University.
Responsibilities
Manage HR matters which include administering and processing the Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management for Faculty in the assigned School
Provide HR operational and secretariat support to school level committees formed for the appointment, reappointment, promotion & tenure for Faculty
Provide HR advisory support on related processes and procedures
May be involved in supporting University level meetings
Participate in projects/process improvement reviews
