Fresenius Medical Care is the world’s leading provider of products and services for people with chronic kidney failure. Around 3.4 million patients worldwide with this disease regularly undergo dialysis treatment. Dialysis is a life-saving blood cleansing procedure that substitutes the function of the kidney in case of kidney failure. We operate in 40 production sites and in more than 50+ countries, to provide dialysis products such as dialysis machines, dialyzers and related disposables.

In this remote position you will be part of the TA MSC, Quality and Vertical team.

You will be responsible for attracting and hiring best-in-class talents for our MSC, Verticals and Quality Business. In this position you report directly to the Director TA Global MSC, Verticals and Quality.

Tasks

  • Partner with hiring managers and regional HR leaders to assess talent needs, provide strategic hiring guidance, and manage the full recruiting cycle.
  • Define, propose, execute the best candidate attraction and sourcing strategies.  
  • Attract top talent for the German market using diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Manage international job requisitions, including director-level roles
  • Conduct online interviews, prescreen candidates, and recommend them to hiring managers with rationale based on job requirements and competencies.
  • Create offers and coordinate salary negotiations with HRBP, hiring managers, and compensation partners.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are updated in an accurate, compliant and timely manner within the applicant tracking system (Workday). 
  • Deliver a best in class candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with International talent acquisition colleagues in Germany, France, Italy, Turkey, Serbia and Mexico.
  • Establish strong collaboration with HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent & Leadership CoE teams.
  • Support Global HR/TA transformation and guide hiring managers through transitions.
  • Participate in German and international TA transformation projects.
  • Ensure TA policies and services comply with local labor laws, social security regulations, and internal guidelines.

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably a combination of agency and corporate recruiting. 
  • You bring extensive experience in international talent acquisition within a multinational corporate setting.
  • You have extensive experience managing requisitions for German locations, including expertise in Works Council management.
  • Profound capabilities in assessing, interviewing and recruiting German top talents.
  • You demonstrate a systematic approach to sourcing that consistently delivers outstanding results
  • You have a strong passion for sourcing and are driven by the challenge of hiring top talent
  • Skilled at setting priorities and establishing realistic deadlines.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and manage internal stakeholders effectively
  • Proven ability to adapt to both global and local corporate transformation challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality service delivery to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
