MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

• Perform warehouse activities according to daily planning and supervisor/coordinator instructions, in order to deliver the best service and quality to our customers
• Assure that all activities are done according to the applicable (safety and quality) procedures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement (safety, quality, service and cost) of processes within the warehouse

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform activities independently per the applicable procedures/instructions
• Complete training before the due date and before performing the activity
• Meet applicable targets (output, productivity, quality)
• Keep work area/warehouse clean and tidy according to 6S standards and perform 6S checks
• Adhere to the environmental and quality management system requirements
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities
• Be flexible in time, tasks within department and in supporting other departments
• Apply About You-principles in interactions and collaboration with others
• Identify problems and pro-actively communicate these with supervisor/ coordinator/ other colleagues

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic knowledge in reading, understanding and speaking of the English language
• Able to read, understand and follow (safety and quality) procedures
• Flexible and able to cope with changing priorities and other changes
• Pro-active and takes ownership
• High level of accuracy
• Able to work in a team and collaborate with others
