Senior Director, Business Development

Description -

HP Inc. is seeking an experienced and innovative Business Development Leader to lead our efforts in identifying and cultivating new revenue streams. The ideal candidate will focus on driving market expansion and uncovering untapped opportunities with a clear emphasis on practical execution and measurable results. This role is designed to complement our existing marketing and sales functions by expanding our reach into new and emerging markets.

Market Expansion:

  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets, identifying areas for business growth and expansion.
  • Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and business opportunities that align with the company’s goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure business development initiatives are in sync with broader company objectives.

Strategy Execution:

  • Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable solutions that lead to measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead the execution of business strategies that strengthen the company’s market position and expand revenue potential.
  • Ensure the timely and effective delivery of business development projects, driving accountability and results across departments.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Provide strong leadership to cross-functional teams, guiding them through the development and implementation of business initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and operational excellence.
  • Engage with senior management to align business development goals with long-term organizational objectives.

Innovative Solutions:

  • Identify challenges in market penetration and create innovative strategies to overcome them.
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking business models that capitalize on new revenue streams and market opportunities.
  • Continuously push the boundaries of traditional business models, delivering fresh and creative approaches to market expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development with a focus on market expansion and strategic execution.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments.
  • Strong leadership experience and a history of successfully managing growth initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any other related discipline. MBA Preferred.
