AIG is looking for an HR Project Manager to join our Program Management, Design & Delivery Team. We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual with a strong sense of accountability, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. The Program Manager will deliver HR programs on time, on budget and with realization of targeted benefits.

This is a hybrid position requiring being in-office 3 to 4 days per week.
 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Workplans with milestones, work products and deliverables.

  • Document and socialize project charters.

  • Establish and manage project teams.

  • Organize a regular program governance cadence.

  • Conduct meetings.

  • Identify, resolve and escalate issues, risks, action items and decisions.

  • Provide direction and support to internal project team members.

  • Coordinate with external consultants when needed.

  • Follow best practices in project management.

  • Update and report project status to key stakeholders.

  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
    Track and report on project budgets when necessary.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as needed.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Interpersonal and customer service focused.

  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.

  • Preferred experience with Smartsheet, Workday and/or ServiceNow.

  • Preferred background in HR functions/Operational processes.

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Education and Training:

  • Bachelors degree in related field.

  • 3+ years of related experience required.

  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifification a plus.
