Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of experience to lead and evolve our cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment practices. This role demands a high level of ownership, deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — particularly using AWS CDK (TypeScript) — and a strategic mindset for cost optimization, security, scalability, and team leadership. You will own the DevOps function end-to-end and collaborate across engineering, product, and operations to deliver high-performing, resilient infrastructure. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation: • Architect, build, and manage infrastructure using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) with TypeScript • Implement scalable, version-controlled Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for all cloud resources • Automate configuration and updates of services like: o Aurora PostgreSQL o SSL/TLS certificates o IAM roles, policies, and VPC components • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and related services • Drive automation across provisioning, deployment, and configuration System Monitoring & Cost Optimization: • Design and maintain real-time health dashboards and alerting systems • Continuously monitor infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency • Implement optimization strategies across compute, storage, and networking layers Security & Vulnerability Management: • Identify and resolve infrastructure-related vulnerabilities • Conduct periodic service hardening, audits, and compliance checks • Manage secure deployment processes, secrets, and access control Disaster Recovery & High Availability: • Own and maintain the disaster recovery framework and documentation • Ensure all systems are highly available, fault-tolerant, and tested regularly Deployment & Release Management: • Lead the execution of deployment and release management plans • Ensure seamless rollouts with minimal downtime and rollback strategies • Improve deployment velocity through automation and process refinement Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: • Own and lead the DevOps team, setting standards and mentoring team members • Partner closely with engineering, QA, security, and product teams • Translate business requirements into scalable DevOps solutions • Advocate and implement DevSecOps and IaC best practices Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: • Hands-on management of core AWS services including: o EC2, ECS, Lambda, Batch, Step Functions o S3, Aurora (Postgres), CodePipeline, CloudWatch o Stacks, Clusters, Networking, IAM, Auto Scaling ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure roles • Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) with TypeScript • Proven track record with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and workflows • Excellent problem-solving skills in infrastructure security, DR, and scalability • Experience owning and scaling DevOps teams and capabilities • Strong communication and coordination skills across diverse teams Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps. - This position is based at our Hyderabad and Bangalore office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - 5 days work from office is mandatory
