Job Title: Developer - Silverlake BWC
Domain: Core Banking
Sub-Domain: Bankwide CIF (BWC - Customer File)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Junior Developer to support development and enhancement of the Silverlake Core Banking System, specifically the Bankwide Customer File (BWC) module. The role involves working on AS400 environments using RPG, contributing to system changes, and supporting deployment automation using ALDON in a DevOps-oriented delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain programs related to the BWC (Customer File) module of Silverlake Core Banking.

• Work on bug fixes, enhancements, and minor change requests under supervision of senior developers.

• Write and test code in RPG on AS400 platforms.

• Support and perform software deployment using ALDON.

• Collaborate with analysts and QA teams to validate business requirements and ensure functional delivery.

• Participate in DevOps pipelines and deployment processes.

• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide support during testing and implementation.

• Follow coding standards, version control practices, and documentation procedures.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in application development within AS400 environments.

• Proficient in RPG programming.

• Good understanding of AS400/DB2 systems.

• Experience or working knowledge of:

• Silverlake Core Banking platform

• BWC (Customer File / CIF)

• ALDON for software deployment automation

• DevOps concepts and workflows
