What You'll Get to Do:

As a CACI Sensitive Activities Targeting Analyst, small team targeting cell working in conjunction with DoD SOF, the IA/IC, Law enforcement, and other partners in support of national level priorities. You will provide intelligence support for targeting, planning, and policy development for complex projects. You will provide all-source analysis, target development, and assessments in support of a national level task force. Through all-source analysis, you will contribute to developing new solutions, processes, and standards while communicating with parties external to your organization, the interagency, and its community of interest (COI). You will be responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely source analysis, target development, and assessments, and you will coordinate and integrate all pertinent input and data from analysts supporting the project.

More About this Role:

  • Serves as embedded Intel Analyst.

  • Execute detailed threat analysis and assessments against national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.

  • Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in the global target development of various threats and actors.

  • Leverages and delivers the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.

  • Conducts all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.

  • Provides support to operations and intelligence functions of geographically dispersed team supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

  • Manages databases, engages in future operations planning sessions, attends working groups, interfaces with partners, supports development of enterprise-level initiatives.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance with Poly

  • Experience supporting national level targeting initiatives at the IA/IC or DoD equivalent

  •  A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience

  • A minimum of three years experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a similar size and scope of a DoD contract.

  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.  

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong attention to detail.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting Department of Commerce.

  • Experience supporting Counterproliferation (CP) focused missions.

  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
