We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a District Manager for our Professional Oral Health division. As a Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Oral B Promoters in a region. Your main focus will be to drive business growth and execute field plans aligned with our brand objectives. You will report to the National Manager of Professional Oral Health.

Oral-B is one of the leading brands in the Oral Health Care category, with superior and innovative products developed through rigorous research in partnership with dental professionals.

In this position, you will:

• Manage the Oral B brand promoters team.

• Execute plans with dental professionals.

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor the team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand action plans.

• Facilitate effective communication within the team.

• Promote team development. • Coordinate and execute events to promote our products.

Job Qualifications

  • Complete higher education

  • Previous experience in Sales considering active relationship with customers. (Differential: having managed competitive advantage vs. competition)

  • Advanced English

  • Intermediate/advanced Office suite (in particular Excel)

  • Active Driver's License*

  • Reside in the place of vacancy or have availability for change

  • Mobility to move within Brazil throughout your career
