What success looks like in this role:
- Execute against global CSR strategy including region-specific CSR programming.
- Track and stay up to date with CSR related trends/research. Provide best practice insight to Director of Administrative Operations to partner on annual planning and strategy development.
- Develop global programming guidelines for social responsibility events. Coordinate scheduling with local office events. Support local offices in promotion of local events with communication templates. Track events details including participation.

- Manage global CSR budget.
- Maintain a global calendar of social responsibility events that is accessible to all associates.
- Lead CSR engagement, communications and reporting efforts to identify opportunities to advance our corporate responsibility activities and communicate our commitment. Serve as point of contact with key organizations engaged in CSR activities and key stakeholders.
- Develop, manage and track integration opportunities with Associate Interest Group (AIG) leaders and inclusivity leaders on external community partnerships and activities.
- Develop reports to monitor progress of objectives. Provide data driven updates to marketing leaders and sustainability leaders against these objectives.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Requires 3-5 years’ experience in business support function in a fast-paced environment, dealing with moderately complex issues and managing conflicting priorities.
- Undergraduate degree or other professional related training and development to keep skills current.
- Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to accommodate a global company.
- Understanding of the processes, policies and procedures required for supporting business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Critical thinking.
- Ability to organize high complexity and high-volume business information and develop it into cohesive, professional reports and presentations, with little guidance and ability to recognize and respond to business related issues within the scope of the material.
- Ability to analyze relevant alternatives and create a rational recommendation to support business decision-making. Ability to plan and coordinate implementation of the selected alternative.
- Detail oriented, extremely well organized, and able to manage time and multi-task to accomplish a multitude of tasks, with conflicting priorities and timelines.
- High level skills in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Advanced skills in MS Excel (pivots tables, large data sets, etc.)
- Good project management skills to coordinate and lead a variety of initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to deal with coworkers in a professional and courteous manner, and to develop and leverage professional working relationships.
- Ability to leverage knowledge of the organization to carry out accountabilities.
- Ability to work both independently, as well as to act in a leadership role to build a cohesive team.
- Ability to deal with confidential materials in an appropriate manner.
