💡 Role in a nutshell:

Are you a skilled leader with strong operational expertise and a knack for building client relationships? We're looking for an Account Supervisor to lead the team managing the client's account. In this crucial role, you will oversee a team of Account Managers and Executives, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and project timelines, all while maintaining a close connection to the operational aspects of campaigns.

🥇 What will keep you busy during the day:

Team Leadership:

  • Manage a team of 3 people (Account Managers and Executives), ensuring effective communication and project coordination.
  • Support and guide your team, providing feedback and fostering their professional growth.
  • Ensure all projects align with client expectations, particularly in collaboration with IKEA, maintaining high standards of service and delivery.

Operational Project Management:

  • Lead and oversee multiple projects, managing both the day-to-day operations and the bigger financial picture.
  • Take responsibility for budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking of all projects under your supervision.
  • Work closely with your team to ensure that timelines are met and resources are efficiently allocated.

Client Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong, empathetic relationships with the client, acting as their main point of contact for ongoing campaigns.
  • Use your interpersonal skills to understand client needs and ensure they are reflected in all aspects of project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to the client, addressing any challenges proactively and ensuring smooth communication.

Hands-On Involvement:

  • Stay close to the operational details of each project, from campaign execution to budget management.
  • Ensure that all campaigns meet financial objectives and are executed within scope, on time, and to the highest standard.

🔑 Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management and client services, ideally within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of managing teams, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience with budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting on projects.
  • Strong ability to manage both client relationships and internal team dynamics.
  • Empathy and excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model; our office is based in Warsaw.
