This role reports to Senior Partnerships Manager
Overview of job
To work within the Partner Management Team which will involve dealing with all aspects of 6 sheet & large format development and estate management including drafting contract agreements and administrative responsibilities which are integral to the smooth running of the department, contract negotiations, landlord communication and correspondence, problem solving, timely resolution of queries, ad hoc project based work (as and when required) and running reports.

Measures of success –
In the first few months, you would have:
Completed a number of draft contract agreements which satisfy the commercial and profitability requirements of the business
Understand the administrative processes and implement any changes necessary
Resolved landlord complaints and issues on a regular basis
Learnt how to use the systems that manage our roadside business
Gained a good understanding of how the roadside business works
Developed a commercial understanding of the value of our estate and business
Responsibilities of the role
Drafting contractual agreements negotiated by the Partnerships team
Liaison with the Partnerships team and Legal for preparation of all contract documents and chasing up timely returns from external parties
Ensuring all contract documentation processes are adhered to and information provided is checked thoroughly before passing to Finance Team
Landlord communication including problem solving, settlement of queries and disputes
Timely resolution of all landlord site queries
Updating rent adjustments on systems
Manage landlord invoice queries
Monitor, input and keep updated the Asset Data on the internal systems
Be an expert on our internal systems
Supporting other Partnership Executives, Partnership Managers, Senior Partnership Manager and Head of Partnership Management
Effective liaison with all other internal departments where required
What you will need
The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Excellent communication skills with both internal colleagues and departments and external parties (used to handling strong and difficult conversations)
Confidence in dealing with people of all levels
Articulate, clear and concise telephone manner
Strong oral and written communication skills
Numerate
Used to working in a fast, pressurised environment with constantly changing deadlines
Ability to multi-task
Accuracy and an eye for detail
Office administration and/or customer service background
Experience of negotiation/problem solving desirable
Pro-active and thinking outside of the box to find solutions to issues is essential
